Lunchtime drinking before climbing Mt. Tempura soba noodles and a refreshing drink! Actually, I asked for the recommended spring sake at Sushi to Sake Nakaniwa the next day, and this is what was served, I was a little drunk and exhausted because I climbed up the mountain without taking the lift.

Like the Matsumidori sake we had at the same restaurant, this sake is a true sake! The taste of sake! Sweet and mellow aroma. A little stronger aroma and lingering aftertaste than the Matsumidori This sake is right in the middle of my favorites! Smooth silken tofu and horse mackerel tataki were perfect accompaniments!

Masumi had it bottled on the spot. Very fruity, with a strong acidity and not a heavy aftertaste. Perfect as a food wine, I would pair it more with Western food or Korean food than with Japanese food.

Curiosity got the better of me with a label I'd never seen before... Aged for 3 years...? It was so refreshing and sharp that I thought it was a lie! And it's more strongly carbonated than slightly carbonated! Carbonation at the moment of drinking, I personally don't feel any sweetness, and the aftertaste lingers for a while after drinking. After the third sip, the carbonation is gone and it becomes mellow and easy to drink.
