I saw this in Ponchan's Kyoto brewery walking review in early spring 👀 and have been curious about it ever since. Ruri Kamizo. I fell in love at first sight with the beauty of the lapis lazuli-colored bottle, which reminds me of a slice of nature...a fantastic deep sea 😍. The web introduction says that this is the oldest brewery that continues to make sake in the city of Kyoto. The introduction on the web is full of words that hit the nail on the head, such as "matured in ice temperature", "only fresh sake can convey the vibrancy of the active yeast to your tongue", "keep in the refrigerator to enjoy the changes in flavor"...etc. 😍 And then it happened 🤩. I was able to get it at a sake store in my neighborhood, even though I live far away from Kyoto. ❗️ It's a fruity wine with a hint of pear and lychee? Fruity aroma reminiscent of pear or lychee, with a hint of koji aroma. Silky gasiness is pleasant on the tongue. It has a mild mouthfeel and a rich flavor with a hint of acidity while the umami of the rice spreads out. It is sweet and thick, like eating a jelly filled with flavor...(*´∇``*) It is delicious as it unravels in your mouth. Rice used: Shuku, produced in Kyoto Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15 Yeast: Matsui Original

Hi Pon, 😊🍶I've been opening the bottles in order of month of production and finally got to drink them! The sweet dark flavor and glossy smooth mouthfeel is 👍🏻 AR compatible labels depending on the time of year! It was like I could see the message from the brewery and not the butler 😆san nen lol

Good evening, Nanoha-san. ☺️ Shimadaya Sake Shop in Miyamirai is small but has a good selection. 👍🏻 Nice letters on fashionable bottles... Calligrapher Shisyu? I googled him and saw the interview 😅He is also active abroad and his sculptures are wonderful 🤗.

Sentori Organic Naturals on the last night of my trip to Utsunomiya. It is a kijoshu. It is easy to drink like a ginjo sake despite its 90% rice polishing ratio. The taste of rice can be felt as you drink it down. I like the taste.

Utsunomiya Terrace is a new facility built at the east exit of JR Utsunomiya. I had to stop at a free parking lot for 30 minutes or less after delivering a product due to work-related reasons✋Well, I'm not interested in most things, so I was just taking a quick look around and saw a liquor store 😳"Shimada Sake Shop"...I had never heard of it, so I asked about it later and found out that it is a liquor store in Kanuma 😊It seems they sell mainly local sake from within the prefecture. I was so excited to see the shop. I was looking for a bottle to commemorate my visit and I picked up a bottle of 🎊Kagoshima 🤣. Yamada Nishiki, 50% polished rice, 15% alcohol by volume. It is sweet and delicious and went well with the low temperature cooked liver sashimi I had at the time 👍Tensuke is delicious👍Thank you 👍Thank you 🙏. I want to eat liver sashimi 😩.

Hi Manachy ☔. If the waiter says it's fresh enough to eat as sashimi, I can't eat it openly, only lightly seared 😩It's sad 😭The terrace is not enough to see it for a change in 30 minutes 🤣.
