Tobiroki, Hirotogawa, Ki, Toyo Bijin, Kido, Hanami Romain, Hidakami, Hitotsume, etc.
Among them, the one chosen for the last round was "Tobiran Nikomaru"!
I often drink at Fukurokuju and Ninoie these days!
I finished with my favorite one without any misses!
You can also feel the acidity of the sake yeast and the pineapple flavor 🍍.
I haven't been able to visit Fukurokuju recently, so I'll try there before the end of the month!
I haven't been able to drink Akabu since I brought it to the store at the beginning of the year.

A little bit dry!
We ordered solid dishes on this day, so this ogara-mi was just as good as them!

Houou Mita found 💡.
The sword dry junmai was from the celebration sake for Yoshinobu Yamamoto's no-hit, no-run game two years ago!
The taste is not so spicy but the pineapple 🍍 feeling comes through well!
Houou Mita is one of my favorite brands!
I got a SNS information that a new Aikoku was released, so I exchanged liquor store information with my Tochigi sakéwa friends in the morning: ℹ️
Thanks for the good information right away 😭
In case you're wondering, this is the only one I had to refill 😋.

I had just had it last year at shigi38.

It was a not so strong sake, like a food sake 🍶.
The second dish we ordered around here was
Chicken Tsukune with Gorgon cream!
This is very good for sake!

The second one is listed as "Kotobukinmu"?
It's Jun Dai, so let's go with it!
I looked carefully and saw that it was from Eikoufuji!
I read the sake cup again, and it was the first time I had ever had Juhikinmu!
Eikoufuji always releases a new one every week, so there was one I hadn't had yet.
The taste is sweet and bitter.
It's a bit unusual!
The appetizer and live octopus with garlic butter 🧄🐙🧄🐙 came out and I was suddenly ready to drink!

It has been difficult to stay in the city, but I was able to stay near Susukino for the first time in a while!
On Monday, Fukurokuju was closed, so we went to Momorin near the hotel for the first time in a while!
The all-you-can-drink system has changed, and it's now 2,300 yen for one drink, and 3,000 yen for all drinks including the other one!
When I looked at the contents of the bill, I felt like I wanted to keep it at 3,000 yen.
The first one was "Kangiku" (chrysanthemum)!
The sweet and sour taste was the best 😃!
Let's go for a full 2 hours!

This day they served Tachi peperoncino!
It's a seasonal dish!
I asked for cheese powder and had it sprinkled on top of the pasta!
I can't help but feel like having another drink when the tsukune (skewers) are also served!
Let's go with seasonal dishes!
Santa Claus' baeken!
Of course, it's my first time!
Let's open the mouthful!
It's described as "super dry," but it's fruity on the palate.
But the final taste is designed to be very dry.
With the rest of the entrée, we're done for the day!
Three kinds seem to be just right these days.
Unusually, we left after about 40 minutes!
The next day, a year-end party with Mutsu's master in Yamagata!

This is a tank-zume Junmai Daiginjo Tamboshibori-nama!
This is the first time for me!
The aroma is good!
The taste is fruity and sweet.
But it is quite robust!
On the way home, we were given a lot of potatoes from the town of Setanamachi, where the owner's parents live, as a souvenir!
Thank you very much!
I will enjoy them with my wife at home.

Then let's go this way which is close by 💁.
It's been a while since I've been to Peach Blossom Peach Blossom.
They had an event last weekend.
We decided to skip the all-you-can-drink deal and just have a little bit of whatever we wanted.
We started with Chiebijin!
LOVE PINK, they served draft sake!
I've had LOVE PINK once before, 3 years ago!
That time it had a white label with a pink heart ❤️
This time it was a clear sake like a rosé wine!
A little pinkish with a hint of ogedami.
The waiter slowly stirred the wine to open the mouth.
The aroma was a bit flowery.
Taste is a little sweet rosé wine
LOVE PINK, I like this one better 🫶.
I heard it takes a little time to cook, so let's start with the appetizer!

There was still some food left, so we compared the dry sake while eating them!

And the name was Plus+ Dry Junmai Ginjo, which was unfamiliar to me!
From the second half, it was dry all the time!
The day before, we had been satisfied with high spec sake, but tonight was a complete change and we went for the dry!
I'd like to change the taste a little, but the other two sakes are spicy too, probably!

I always look forward to ordering the pasta of the day at this restaurant 🍝!
Tonight it was tomato and mozzarella cheese pasta!

Message from the master brewer
The brewing water used at Hekiunkura is a medium-hard water with a considerable mineral content.
The influence of water on sake is considerable, and compared to the soft and delicate taste of the "Midorigaoka Brewery", the pure water of "Hekiun Brewery" is much harder.
Compared to the soft and delicate taste of the "Midorigaoka Kura," this junmai has a "goku goku" (gulp) taste.
It may be said that this Junmai is a drinker's sake with a "goku goku" taste.
It may be said to be a sake for drinkers. しんしんSYWhen you order "Hidatakami", you will often get this super spicy one.
It's still very spicy!
It seems that the spiciness will continue for a while from here!
The entrée is Zangi, which is the first time to order here, and Tempura rolled with fresh ginger!
I think it goes well with the spiciness of the fresh ginger!
