This is a tank-zume Junmai Daiginjo Tamboshibori-nama! This is the first time for me! The aroma is good! The taste is fruity and sweet. But it is quite robust! On the way home, we were given a lot of potatoes from the town of Setanamachi, where the owner's parents live, as a souvenir! Thank you very much! I will enjoy them with my wife at home.
