When I was watching TV in the morning, I heard about Ise-san.
There is also sake from Mie Prefecture, so let's order some of that too!
The menu said "Junmai" but what came out was Junmai Ginjo!
And the name was Plus+ Dry Junmai Ginjo, which was unfamiliar to me!
From the second half, it was dry all the time!
The day before, we had been satisfied with high spec sake, but tonight was a complete change and we went for the dry!
I'd like to change the taste a little, but the other two sakes are spicy too, probably!
