I was curious about the sake that Shang Shu KANON was drinking. It was sweeter and more fruity than I expected. It is light and easy to drink, and has a weak sake taste. It tastes somewhat like Blue Hawaii. According to the official website, the rice is Takananishiki. Along with this sake, I bought some Ego, which I learned about from Hiraccio's post, at an antenna store! It was delicious, with a texture like agar or trokoten 😀.

Kozusumori Junmai Daiginjo Nama The Junmai Ginjo from Kozumori that I sent to my wife on White Day was a big hit ✌️. So I got a Daiginjo for our wedding anniversary (3/22) 🎁. The bottle spilled as soon as it was opened💦. Good to know you are in good spirits👍️. I asked him to let me drink it yesterday and he only gave me a cup 😭 It tastes like strawberry milk 🍓🐄. This is Murasuke's brand for local market. I bought it at the antenna shop in Umeda. There is almost no information even if I search it. There is a Junmai Ginjo spec called Karokaro which is also from Hanakoshiji. The taste is too good for 800 yen. But basically, it's just a classic aluzoe sake with a glimpse of Murasuke, so don't expect too much.
