いわゆるごく普通の飲み屋で出てくる辛口

肉料理に合うとの事なので焼肉と一緒に飲んでみた。スッキリしてて酸味が効いたお酒。正直肉料理と合うのか良く分からない。ステーキのほうが良かったのかな？

冬に搾ったお酒を半年以上熟成したものだとか。個人的に生熟だと清鶴やちえびじんが好印象だけどコレは片野桜をスッキリさせた様な味に感じる。自分が知らないだけかもしれないけど生熟でスッキリって珍しい気がする。
