Limited edition sake blended with Junmai Daiginjo-Nigori, Junmai sake made with white malted rice They sell 60 bottles of 1.8L and 250 bottles of 720ML in limited quantities. First sake in a week! Kitchen is being remodeled so I can't cook at home It was yakitori and Sushiro takeout. Automatic stirring system, took about 5 minutes to open the bottle. Aroma of full-bodied rice flavor stands out. After about a few minutes, the second glass smelled like champagne white wine! Seriously surprised 😆. Pleasant sense of schwash and pizzazz. Crisp, dry, clean and dry. Not much sweetness, but lots of delicious rice flavor! Lastly, lingering bitterness, delicious! It's a nigori sake that goes down smoothly!

I was impressed by the aroma the moment I opened it. Delicate and elegant aroma of pear and muskmelon. The gasiness is strong but quickly disappears on the palate. Elegant fruitiness, slightly sweet and mellow Juicy and full of flavor😋. Full-bodied and deep Rich flavor with just a little bit of spiciness lingering on the palate. Surprisingly inconspicuous with a final bitter taste Light and supple Kinmon Nishiki is a bitter sake rice I'm in awe of Saku Brewing's technical prowess! So good, it might even taste better than the turtles! My favorite brand is confirmed! I'd like to try the others!

This is a liquor made with agave syrup added and all malted rice! Unlike the hops version we had a few days ago, there is no residue at the bottom!
