Nakazen Sake Brewery has been the talk of the town lately! I've always been curious about it. Finally found it😊. Bubba Bubba Low alcohol second fermentation in bottle 500ml small bottle Bottle contents are unrefined sake in the process of fermentation The bottle was opened with no problem at all, even though it says "be careful of spewing" on the bottle. Limited edition sake blended with Junmai Daiginjo-Nigori, Junmai sake made with white malted rice They sell 60 bottles of 1.8L and 250 bottles of 720ML in limited quantities. When I opened the bottle, the lid flew off with a pop on the ceiling! There was no sticker on it warning me to open the bottle. I was also very surprised by the awesome sound 😵. Pour it into a glass and it's a cloudy white color. A little bit sludgy I don't know how to describe it, Indescribable aroma Is it the smell of cosmetics? The smell of rust? There's even a hint of herbs. Not a good description, the actual taste is not so scary (laughs) The taste is harmonious and special! There is a very clear gassy taste. Slightly acidic and dry. First sake in a week! Kitchen is being remodeled so I can't cook at home It was yakitori and Sushiro takeout. Automatic stirring system, took about 5 minutes to open the bottle. Aroma of full-bodied rice flavor stands out. After about a few minutes, the second glass smelled like champagne white wine! Seriously surprised 😆. Pleasant sense of schwash and pizzazz. Crisp, dry, clean and dry. Not much sweetness, but lots of delicious rice flavor! Lastly, lingering bitterness, delicious! It's a nigori sake that goes down smoothly!

Actually, I opened another bottle. Saku-no-hana Saku-shi Kinmon-nishiki Bag Shibori Origigarami Washi label Jun Dai The specs are amazing 😆 And it's 1870 yen! I was impressed by the aroma the moment I opened it. Delicate and elegant aroma of pear and muskmelon. The gasiness is strong but quickly disappears on the palate. Elegant fruitiness, slightly sweet and mellow Juicy and full of flavor😋. Full-bodied and deep Rich flavor with just a little bit of spiciness lingering on the palate. Surprisingly inconspicuous with a final bitter taste Light and supple Kinmon Nishiki is a bitter sake rice I'm in awe of Saku Brewing's technical prowess! So good, it might even taste better than the turtles! My favorite brand is confirmed! I'd like to try the others!

This is a liquor made with agave syrup added and all malted rice! Unlike the hops version we had a few days ago, there is no residue at the bottom! The rice used was Kame-no-o from Akita Prefecture, naturally grown and 92% polished rice! The bottle is about to be opened! Fresh aroma like a meadow. Slightly gassy on the palate. It has sweetness, but it also has acidity and is sweet and sour. I thought it would be sweeter and heavier since it is all malted rice, But it is not sticky and refreshing. However, the sweetness is a bit monotonous. But the sweetness is a little monotonous and there is not much umami. It's better to keep it at room temperature. You can taste more depth. Overall impression is refreshing, light-bodied, not like a 92% low-purity sake. Two types of "Tarekuchi", a winter limited edition of Kuroryu The Honjozo Kutouryuu Tarekuchi and this Junmai Ginjo Kuroryuu Tarekuchi. Banana-like sweet ginjo aroma Mellow and mellow on the palate. It seems to have a heavy taste. It has a moderate sweetness and a thick flavor. Melon, right? Very rich muskmelon flavor. The finish is a bit spicy. The lingering fruitiness is unforgettable 😋. BEST flavor after 3 days. I think it's best to take your time and savor it slowly.

The aroma is very different from the 02. This is a lactic acid type. The lactic-acid aroma typical of a traditional sake brewery and the fresh, blue grass-like feeling are impressive. Slightly sweet and acidic mouthfeel. The graininess of the rice is amazing, like porridge! The "texture" is interesting. After drinking it, I'm full. The store mailed me the wrong sake, so now I have two bottles of this. I need some hop doburoku 💦.

I had a Kido doburoku two months ago and was pleased with the taste. It has a citrusy taste with a good sense of gas and is easy to guzzle~. This is rice and agave doburoku. It was also featured in the recently released dancyu! Long preamble, 😅. On the rocks! Sludgy mouthfeel, with a little less rice graininess than doburoku. Nice and fizzy, with a tangy effect on the tongue. Thick, but not that heavy. Refreshing taste Aroma is like being in a flower garden I feel like all kinds of fruits are dancing on my tongue Harmonious mix juice of apple, banana, peach and pear It's hard to imagine that such fruity qualities are actually made from rice! And it's 92% low white. Sweet but dry aftertaste The rice has a strong flavor and acidity. White malted rice brewing, acidic but not white malted rice-like. If you don't like acidity like I do, you will be pleasantly surprised by this mild and rounded acidity! It was a very tasty sake that did not make me tired of drinking! Other specs are highly anticipated! I think I might like it better than Kido. But over 3300 yen for a four-pack... New genre of celebrity sake, right?
