This time I bought some sake from Mie Prefecture. Hanzo in Iga City, home of the mysterious ninja? This is Hanzo's modern lineup. As you can see, the label design is full of stylishness. It has a light berry aroma, with a slight hint of lactic acidity. It has a sweet taste with a refreshing aftertaste. It has a slightly acidic and clean image. The acidity is not sharp, but soft and easy to drink. Coincidentally, I bought some strawberry yogurt today as a dipping sauce. I like to eat yogurt with white mold cheese. Quite delicious. Blue mold type, very salty, Next time I'll remember to buy some bread lol Crusty and radish is a common way to eat them together I also like pairing it with pears. The refreshing fruity aroma is so delicious in the mouth! In Taiwan, crowfish is eaten with garlic sprouts (looks like green onions)! I remember my grandmother doing this when I was a kid. It was so nostalgic that I revisited my childhood memories with today's supper.

The Kozaemon Naokumi I drank last month was so good that I bought it again. This time I bought a bottle of Omachi and a bottle each of Yamadanishiki Yongo which I didn't drink last time 😊 It's a bit expensive but a good alternative if you can't find Huayouyaki easily. I thought..., This does not taste like the last time I had huayouyu. The aroma is relatively convergent, not gorgeous and gorgeous. But it is still quite delicious~! Gorilla labels are very eye-catching. Not much aroma, mostly koji and alcohol aroma. Strong fizziness! It's refreshing and fizzy! There is no sweetness; bitterness is the main taste. Not pure bitterness, but a subtle and gentle bitterness like grapefruit. As soon as the bitterness comes out, the umami suddenly appears, albeit briefly. It is drier and cleaner than the aroma suggests. Low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink, and it goes down smoothly. Emptied in about 20 minutes, regretting that I only bought one bottle 😭.

I had been hesitant to open it because I saw a review on Saketime that said it was very bitter and strong. But there was too much alcohol in the fridge, so I opened it immediately to digest it~! This sake is made from 50% polished Akita sake-komachi rice. But the specs are Junmai sake? Fresh green apple-like aroma mixed with a little alcohol aroma. The sweetness is moderate and refreshing. The hint of lychee in the aroma is very strong and umami is also present. It has a deep flavor and makes you feel rich. The bitterness that comes afterward is refreshing and delicious.17Although the alcohol content is a bit high, it is easy to drink and quite dangerous. When I buy non-paper-pack sake, I go to my local Yamakawa Sake Shop. I choose from the "Recommended" list, referring to the description on the pop-up. My budget is about 1,500 yen. This time it was a Haneya Jun Gin Kohi Nama Genshu. Toyama's sake It's fruity and sweet like modern sake, but not too much. The alcohol appears as a soft bitterness in the aftertaste, not a salty taste. I think salty snacks are good.

It's been a while since I've had a GANKI, this time an active nigori, the second fermentation in the bottle. I chilled it properly to prevent it from spewing out. When I opened the bottle, I saw a sudden rise of cucumber, but it soon settled down. Scary💦. I drank only the top clearings without mixing the oli. The aroma is relatively mild, with a slight lactic acidic nuance. A strong, shrieky, fizzy sensation can be felt. Then fruity aromas of pear and melon filled my mouth. Dry - Refreshing but not too sweet, with no unpleasant bitterness or acidity. The fruity aroma increases a little when you mix in the oli, and the mouthfeel remains the same. Suki~ I want to drink it again! Recently, I sometimes have an irresistible craving for fried bean curd. Active nigori sake with karaage and a refreshing petit gas feeling is unbeatable ✌.

This is the Yamadanishiki version of the house drinking series. It has a mild fruity aroma, and when you drink it, the slight effervescence is pleasant, and the refreshing taste of citrus 🍊 spreads. The balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness is exquisite, and no matter how much you drink, you will never get tired of it. Today we prepared a one-pot dish called laksa🍲. Laksa is a Singaporean/Malaysian dish that uses a vegetable broth based on seafood and shrimp combined with curry and some spices. The dish is finished with a squeeze of lemon juice. The seasoning is spicy, sweet and sour which is very appealing. I think this drink goes well with strong food and can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes 🍷.
