This is a liquor made with agave syrup added and all malted rice!
Unlike the hops version we had a few days ago, there is no residue at the bottom!
The rice used was Kame-no-o from Akita Prefecture, naturally grown and 92% polished rice!
The bottle is about to be opened!
Fresh aroma like a meadow.
Slightly gassy on the palate.
It has sweetness, but it also has acidity and is sweet and sour.
I thought it would be sweeter and heavier since it is all malted rice,
But it is not sticky and refreshing.
However, the sweetness is a bit monotonous.
But the sweetness is a little monotonous and there is not much umami.
It's better to keep it at room temperature.
You can taste more depth.
Overall impression is refreshing, light-bodied, not like a 92% low-purity sake.
I think it is a clear sake with no miscellaneous flavors, more than ginjo class
Highly technical
High degree of perfection
Such a clear taste reminds me of Shinmasa's turtle
Fairly high price, all products in the lineup are over 3,000 yen!
To be honest, I didn't find the taste as good as expected
Good, but is it worth the price?
There are a lot of good sake under 2000 yen!
I like doburoku, so I might buy it once in a while, but other brewed sake is just okay..,
My bias, sorry!

Good evening, superbebe 🤗
I haven't been able to get my hands on it either, given the price point... all my favorite liquor stores carry it💦.
Your review was very helpful 🙏.

Thank you for taking the time to read our review!
Glad I could help 😅.
Every time I see it at the liquor store I get an itch to buy it.
It's not a bad idea to give it a try~!
