This is Bebe, who lives in a house without a kitchen.
After opening the package, it smells like fresh rice!
Within a few minutes, the aroma changes to green apple, and I am amazed at the change in aroma!

Freshness of the raw sake is light and easy to drink
Sake level is -2, but it doesn't feel sweet
A little acid, a little bitter, and deliciously spicy.
Refreshing mouthfeel and refreshing aftertaste, a pleasant feeling that goes in easily👍.
Not a well-known brand, but the taste is great!
There are two other types (Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki) although I don't know what Usagishin means
I'd like to try it if I get the chance 🍶.
