When I buy non-paper-pack sake, I go to my local Yamakawa Sake Shop. I choose from the "Recommended" list, referring to the description on the pop-up. My budget is about 1,500 yen. This time it was a Haneya Jun Gin Kohi Nama Genshu. Toyama's sake It's fruity and sweet like modern sake, but not too much. The alcohol appears as a soft bitterness in the aftertaste, not a salty taste. I think salty snacks are good.

I choose beer and sake by dishes rather than snacks. Jibe-ni, Aoyanagi no Nuta, and red fish in sake lees. We ran to Ricaman to buy sake. It was chilly, but the season is rainy and we drank it cold. It is sweet and fruity, I say melon, my wife says not pineapple. I couldn't feel the saltiness of the alcohol, and there was a slight bitterness or sweetness in the aftertaste.

A few years ago, I bought this sake because I thought it was cheap for a pure sake. It was easy to drink and very tasty. After that, when I first drank Moribari, I thought the aroma was too gorgeous. However, once you get used to it, it becomes a habit. It was the first step from the old value system that says "plain and dry" is great to the new (in my opinion) wine-like sake. It has a nice sourness in the sweetness, and it was delicious cold (room temperature). When I heard various rumors in the company recently, I thought that the words "protect," "break," and "leave" implied the current situation. I think that a salty appetizer enhances the sweet aroma.

Announcer Azumi introduced it as a very popular sake on Pittanko Kankan, and I thought I'd like to try it. I bought it at the end of the year at a liquor store in my neighborhood. My wife, who doesn't like to drink much, also wanted to try it, so she chose this brand. The aroma is spreading but mild, and the saltiness of the alcohol is not salty, but slightly bitter, with a calm sweet accent.

I'm not of the first Char generation, but I do know the Red Comet. It was in the refrigerator. It was in the refrigerator, but if I bought it and put it in the refrigerator at home, it would be too cold to drink, so I left it at room temperature until evening. Today's ate was oden, which we were grateful for. The sake is mild, and because I left it at room temperature, it has a mild sake aroma as soon as you open the package, and it's not too sweet. Tomorrow, from Saturday, the shops will close at 9 o'clock to prevent Corona, so I can't drink outside more and more. I'll have to put up with drinking at home. The first Matsumoto was a very cosy junmai sake. After that, I didn't feel like I could go for my first glamorous one, but now I really like it. I'd like to drink a little bit of each type of sake outside, but I don't have many opportunities to go out for drinks with my friends at Corona (my wife doesn't really like to drink outside), so we drank it at home with an anglerfish hot pot set we bought at the supermarket. We drank it at room temperature, not cold, and although it was gorgeous, it was a delicious foodie drink that wasn't too aromatic or sweet.

I decided to go with Eeyore from about 7 different types on the menu. The aroma and sweetness of the drink was not too strong, and it was easy to drink while eating. As it was a chilly night, I would have liked to have had it cold with the motsu nabe (motsu nabe), and I would have liked to have had the delicious sake warmed up as well (only one type of sake is available). (There is only one type of sake that can be warmed, but there is one.)

I bought it at a local liquor mass merchant. There were a lot of brands in the glass-walled fridge, but the number one reason I bought it was October 20, while the November or December 2019 or 19 year old ones stood out. Sweet and fragrant and delicious.

Without knowing the brand name, we had a warmed sake as a recommendation for Oroshi. The sourness, the lemony taste, the sourness that you feel when it's warmed but not cold, it's a wonder!
