I've always been curious about it.
Finally found it😊.
Bubba Bubba
Low alcohol second fermentation in bottle 500ml small bottle
Bottle contents are unrefined sake in the process of fermentation
The bottle was opened with no problem at all, even though it says "be careful of spewing" on the bottle.
The aroma is lactic acidic and the taste is also lactic acidic.
It is very effervescent!
It's so smooth and refreshing to drink!
Slightly sweet and sour
Slightly sweet, but with a refreshing taste.
The aftertaste is also refreshing and not at all sluggish.
The sweetness is just right for me.
(Kubota Sparkling I had a while ago was a little too sweet.
I was able to drink it in one gulp and kill it in a blink of an eye.
So fast 💦.
The astringency and bitterness of the carbonation contrasts with the sweetness.
Exactly what the label on the back says: "Life is like bubbles."
