ましらのやまさんKoueikiku Twilight Orange⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Unfiltered raw sake, unpolished rice ratio not disclosed, ALC 13%.
Slightly sweet sake with a hint of malted rice aroma and orange flavor in the mouth as the name suggests 😘.
It has low alcohol content, so you can drink it as a summer sake 🥰.

Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 17-18

It is a dry and crisp sake with a subtle fruity aroma and moderate acidity and umami in the mouth 😘.
It easily washed away the spiciness of the [octopus nishigi-gi] we were having as a side dish 😋.
After the Mitomiku, it feels even more refreshing 💦.
Chigasaki Toto: 20230511 ましらのやまさんMifuku Summer Goldfish Label⭐️⭐️⭐️
Summer Junmai Nigori Sake brewed with Yamahai
Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15
When the master brought a bottle to me, I was so shocked that I couldn't help but exclaim, "What's that? I was so shocked that I couldn't help but shout "What's that?
I was expecting a refreshing ogara-mi to slightly darker nigori sake from the brand name "Mitomiku" and the "Summer Goldfish Label Nigori Sake" 😅.
As soon as it was poured into the glass, it looked like a sloppy dobrok. For a moment, I thought it was not at the level of nigori sake 🧐.
But when I drank it, it was surprisingly a clear, refreshing sake with an acidic, non-greasy taste 😋.
The gap between the brand name and the prettiness of the label is huge 🥳.

There is almost no aroma, and the taste is so super dry that you know it is a dry sake the moment you take a sip.
It has a sharp, yet sturdy, slightly firm taste.

Room temperature: We served this sake at room temperature (chilled) before heating it up.
It was smooth, slightly dry, and had no peculiarities.
Warmed sake
We had it hot. I was surprised. It went from being a smooth sake to a mellow sake with a flavor that was both delicious and sharp.
Once again, I was reminded of the depth of sake.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 68%, ALC 17
Slightly dry and sharp with a touch of acidity.
Perhaps because a little time has passed since the bottle was opened, the carbonation characteristic of nama-shu is hardly noticeable.

I checked in twice by mistake and deleted one of them. We apologize to all those who have "liked" it.
It is a dry sake with a unique flavor and a slightly acidic taste.
The aroma of ginjo spreads as it warms up in the mouth.
To drink it up right away is to miss the opportunity to enjoy the seven changes of sake.
Another way to enjoy it.

Shiwa Shuzoten Shiwa-machi, Shiwa-gun, Iwate
Ginga-Shizuku 100%, Polishing ratio 15
Shiwa Shuzoten is a small brewery with four brewers, and Hiromi Ono, the first female head brewer of the Nanbu Toji clan, brewed this sake.
Tonight's snacks at Chigasaki SAKE Toto were natural yellowtail ryukyuu and a Yamagata specialty, boiled beans.
The brand name on the wall of the restaurant allows you to enjoy a new encounter with sake 😋.
I think it is a sweet sake, with a subtle fruity aroma. A little too sweet for my taste 😞.

If you have a chance, please try Miyamanishiki 😊.
ましらのやまさんThank you very much for your valuable information 😄I first encountered Murasaki Uchu at a familiar izakaya, so I will try to find a Miyamanishiki Murasaki Uchu 😥 I will try to find it by visiting sake stores in Chigasaki. I'll try to find a sake shop in Chigasaki. yuki31229
