I thought it was a refreshing hiyaoroshi sake with a hint of aroma and a bit drier than the numerical value.

This sake has a heartwarming label with this ho-no-Poyo comment.
It is a sake with a rich flavor in a clear, light, slightly dry taste.
I first encountered this sake with this label in July 2018. It was a sake with a rice polishing ratio of 60% and an ALC of 16 degrees, with Mr. Mitsuo Yamakawa thinking about something in front of a Shogi board.
Mitsuo Yamakawa is the unit name of four breweries, Yamagata Masamune, Tatenokawa, Toko, and Otokoyama.

It is an amber-colored sake. It has a strong full-bodied, robust or mild taste.
This is the first time for me to drink a 20 degree alcohol content sake, but I can drink it without feeling uncomfortable with the high alcohol content.

I couldn't help but notice that Ren-chan...Toto hasn't visited our store in 2 months.
The label surprised me when the bottle was brought to me. Truly a fruit punch.
