Sake degree +4, Acidity 2.0
I imagined it would be a sweet sake with a shwashy taste since it is a light nigori sake, but it is a slightly dry sake with little carbonation and a clean and crisp taste.

This is one of the sake that I wanted to encounter. I was very interested in this sake when I learned that the "10" on the label reads "Juji" (ten).
It is a dry, amber-colored sake with a sense of maturity.

I visited Chigasaki Toto for the first time in a long time. The selection is as extensive as ever, and tonight we had a selection of sakes that we encountered for the first time.
The aroma is subtle, the sharpness is moderate, and the sake is easy to drink.

The label of "Ura-Kamizou" is upside down. That's why it's called "Ura-Kamizou".
It is a slightly dry, refreshing sake that goes well with cheese as a snack.
