Room temperature: We served this sake at room temperature (chilled) before heating it up.
It was smooth, slightly dry, and had no peculiarities.
Warmed sake
We had it hot. I was surprised. It went from being a smooth sake to a mellow sake with a flavor that was both delicious and sharp.
Once again, I was reminded of the depth of sake.
