It is dry and has a weak aroma, but the aroma on the palate and through the nose is moderately fruity.
Gin Iroha is the first sake rice I have encountered.

This sake has a carbonation, but it is probably a clear, slightly dry sake. The ginrei aroma is not so noticeable, so it goes in easily.

Quite dry, with some acidity.
It felt more like a junmai sake with a punch than a ginjo-shu....

This is an aged sake that was left to mature for about 5 years at the brewery before being wholesaled to liquor stores and recently arrived at the store........
It's a mellow aged sake with the characteristic aroma and flavor of Yamahai still firmly in place.

It was the kind of sake that has a mild aroma in the mouth.

Sake meter was -6...I thought it was fruity and slightly sweet...but it was a solid sake.
