Today is Setsubun, so I'd like to share some Setsubun sake that goes well with Setsubun: 😆♪
The bottle has a proportionally fruity ginjo aroma when opened.
It looks clear and clean on the palate.
It spreads out and lands softly, and I have a feeling it won't kill demons, but maybe it's the Yamata-no-orochi way?
It was a delicious saké that just slurps and slides right off the palate!

T.KISO-san Good evening 😆Setsubun...ehomaki...sake to match...🤔🍶 I was thinking about a sake named after an ogre.... I was thinking about it and thought, "I love sake named after ogres! It seems that many companies make a sake called "Onikoroshi" and I was a little bit worried about it, but it turned out to be the right choice 😋.

I think it would be fun to try the Onikoroshi again next year with a different sake brewery.
I think it would be fun to try the Kiyosu Castle Nobunaga Onikoroshi with a pack of sake from a hardcore sake brewery 😆.
I'm also enjoying the different ranks of sake!
