This is a delicious sake that would make a terrific pairing 😚🍶💕.
Although it is called "golden drop", it is very clear.
The aroma gives a hint of a sake with umami flavor, and it doesn't come with a zing, but the acidity is refreshing.
This is the kind of sake that you can drink and eat easily👍.
A very cheap one cup, about 150 yen, Junmai.... I heated it up and had a cup.
First comes the umami, or mellow flavor. It has a solid taste that I can't believe for a sake of this price. As it was warmed, there was also an aroma at first, but at the end, it went away lightly and sparsely.
I can't believe how good this is for a cup of sake in the 100 yen range! It has a sweet and fragrant aroma, but it's not sweet at all, it's dark, fragrant and dry. It's an interesting sake that makes good use of miscellaneous flavors, and I love it!
Good evening, Tambo Sommelier!
I've recently become addicted to Ishikawa's sake.
This sake is also a popular product
I've been curious about it 😆.
I think I'll buy a pack of it... ✨ lol
Kashou, after drinking a series of sake from Ishikawa Prefecture in the area, I wondered if they are pursuing a taste that goes better with seafood than meat. I thought so.
Kinroku no Shizuku is an easy drinking old sake that is not sweet, or if you like Tengu Mai, I think it will be okay.
