Let's drink Mikamizake ‼️ Well, the ginjo aroma opened with a kapan, it has a nice sweet aroma. I had it in the hiya and it was soft on the palate, with a sour yet sweet and umami flavor that would go well with anything for a New Year's feast. The small 100ml amount is perfect for New Year's Eve when you want to drink this or that! It was a delicious and versatile sake 😙🍶💕.
