This sake has a deep flavor typical of Banjo Kotobuki. It is suitable for eating.
It has been 10 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake this year. The sake brewery was originally located in Namie-cho, which was swept away, and it has been made in my town since the earthquake. This year, they are planning to revive it at the brewery in Namie town. I was deeply moved.

Good morning Senor😃.
I'm curious about Banjo Kotobuki. This month's danchu had a feature article on it❗️
I hope the revival of Namie warehouse goes well (^.^)
