This sake has a deep flavor typical of Banjo Kotobuki. It is suitable for eating. It has been 10 years since the Great East Japan Earthquake this year. The sake brewery was originally located in Namie-cho, which was swept away, and it has been made in my town since the earthquake. This year, they are planning to revive it at the brewery in Namie town. I was deeply moved.

It's a gift. It's sake from a local sake brewery, Azuma no Foothills. Last year I drank the raw version, but this time it's the infused version. It has a sake meter of -15, but it's not that sweet. Maybe it's because it has a refreshing aftertaste.

It's a gift. It says it's a limited brew, but it's a year-round product, so you can buy it relatively anytime in Yamagata (lol). I have the impression that the volume of Omachi and the clean taste of Daiginjo are well balanced. I think it is easy to drink.

This is the second stage of new sake. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki. I prefer it to the blue label that was released earlier. It is a sake that makes you feel refreshed. The red label will be released next month, so we are looking forward to it.

The rice is polished to 40% Yamada Nishiki. I can't find detailed information about it on the internet. I think it's a limited edition Kamikimoto. There is also a red label with 45%. It is a little gassy and has a pineapple taste. But it has a beautiful mouthfeel. It is easy to drink. We enjoyed it very much. I would like to buy it again in Yamagata city.

I bought it because it is the champion sake of IWC2020. Meeja (lol) It's labeled VINTAGE2018 on the back, so I guess it's an aged sake? The aroma is mild and you don't feel much, but when you sip it, you can fully enjoy the flavor. It doesn't feel unpleasant as it blends nicely into the mouth without being overpowering. It was moderately room temperature for my taste.

I've never drunk Eikoh-fuji before. This season, I bought a bottle of Shiboritate. The sake rice is Miyamanishiki. The aroma is fruity, just as they say. It has a tangy and gassy taste. It's not too sweet, and I felt it was well balanced, but I also felt it had a bit of weight to it, which is only possible with unpasteurized sake. If you let it sit for a few days, it will become less angular.

This is a local sake. It is classified as a regular sake, but the sake rice is Yukigami, polished to 50%. The specs are good and it is reasonable. Azuma no Furoku has a sweet image, but this one is not so sweet, it has a good flavor, and it is moderately sharp. After opening the bottle and letting it sit for about 3 days, the acidity becomes a little more noticeable.

This is my first time in Tsuchida. I think it's due to the influence of a liquor store I'm familiar with, but it's probably the brewery I heard the most about last year. Koji 99%, Shin-Tsuchida, and so on. This sake is 90% polished rice. I personally have the impression that it is easier to drink after a few days than when it is freshly opened. I don't like the tanginess of it, so I'd like to try another one (lol).

It's been a long time since I've had an ecru. I was able to buy it at the end of the year, so I opened a bottle. It has some gas, mellowness, and a calm taste. I think I can understand why you can say it is like a white wine. It is still delicious.

Happy New Year! I would like to enjoy drinking while taking care of my health this year. I got it from a friend in Niigata because I can't get it near here. It has a fresh aroma, a milky mouthfeel, a strong sense of gas, a Niigata-like sharpness, and is delicious and refreshing to drink. It's hard to compare it to the Akushika Aragoshi I drank the other day. It's that good.

I got it again this season. Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama Genshu 48%. I opened the bottle right away and emptied it in less than two hours (lol). It was juicy and pineapple-like as always. The gas was moderate. It was juicy, but the aftertaste was smooth, so it killed me instantly lol. I wonder if Yamadanishiki will be available next. I want to get it if I have a chance.

The sake rice is Gohyakumangoku. The aroma is very good even though it is pure rice. When you taste it, it is so smooth that you can't expect the aroma. The taste is unexpected, so it is highly rated (lol). It's not sweet and it's crisp and easy to drink. It's delicious. Now, I'm off to stock up for the last time this year.

Niidashi Zensyu after a long time. Gas and aroma are moderate. I have no complaints when I can taste so much flavor even with low rice polishing. I have the impression that it is a bit torrid and that tastes may vary. You may feel it is too rich. I personally liked it from about 3 days after opening the bottle.

The sake rice is Dewa Sanda. Last year, it was called Hatsu-Shibori-Nama. From this season, they are going to release the raw sake as fresh & juicy series. The gas feeling is moderate. I think it was more like last year... The aroma and taste are both reasonable for a Junmai Daiginjo (lol), and it's tasty enough, but it's not as shocking as it might have been because I've had a lot of sake since last year (lol).
