This is my first time in Tsuchida.
I think it's due to the influence of a liquor store I'm familiar with, but it's probably the brewery I heard the most about last year. Koji 99%, Shin-Tsuchida, and so on.
This sake is 90% polished rice. I personally have the impression that it is easier to drink after a few days than when it is freshly opened. I don't like the tanginess of it, so I'd like to try another one (lol).
