せにょーる
This is a local sake.
It is classified as a regular sake, but the sake rice is Yukigami, polished to 50%. The specs are good and it is reasonable.
Azuma no Furoku has a sweet image, but this one is not so sweet, it has a good flavor, and it is moderately sharp. After opening the bottle and letting it sit for about 3 days, the acidity becomes a little more noticeable.
