A local brand, I heard it was only available raw now, so I bought it.
The overall impression was sweet, but after a while it became moderately easy to drink.
It is the limited sake of the Yamagata beautiful sake prefecture fair which should have been held last year. I didn't think I could drink it (^^)
Sake Mirai 40%.
I was so excited.
No picture.
The brewery is in France, and everything is made in France.
This one is 92% polished rice.
The taste is white wine. It was like a wine without the sweetness.
Bought it by name and label. I've had my eye on it for a while lol.
Surprisingly, it's already a bit nigori.
The taste is still solid and thick. I can feel the sweetness, but I personally feel it is very strong.
Purchased again this year. The spillage was fine.
Strong gassy, tasty, acidic, even thick food flows through it, that's my personal impression lol, delicious.
I have had this since I drank it in 2019.
Still the same character. It's got a slow sweetness to it and a bit of a twang to it lol I think my taste buds will separate lol.
Purchased again this year after last year. Clean, moderately juicy and unquestionably delicious. Delicious and gassy even after a day. I will buy it again next year.
It is said that this sake was made through a yeast exchange with Miyoshikiku in Tokushima Prefecture.
The color is more yellow than I expected (lol). It has a mild sweetness, but it is erased by the bitterness. The aftertaste is long. It has a mellow sweet taste. It is a unique sake.
This is the only time of year when the warehouse is open. I was looking forward to it as much as last year. It has a good amount of pineapple, gas, sweetness, and acidity that combine to make it very tasty.
It's not very well known yet, but it's one that I want people to try.
Good evening, Senyor ⭐️!
I'm here! I've been curious about this for a long time 😋 Jundaigin nama sake lightly nigori is a yodeller 😍 I'm hoping some of the shops I go to will carry it 😅✨.
This is the third type of fresh&juicy series. The sake rice is Dewa Sanda.
It is moderately fruity, but has a good umami taste. It looks like a grape. It is more like a normal grape than a white grape. It is gassy and delicious.
We drank blue, white, and red this season, but this is the best.
It was purchased at the end of the year. Finally opened the bottle.
I drank the year-round version last year, but this one was fresher and more to my liking. It says it's super dry, but I didn't feel it was that spicy.
