We were finally able to visit the sake brewery and chose a brand that we had been curious about for some time!
Sake with a beautiful pink color, just like spring!
The sweetness is strong, but not at all harsh and pleasant!
The flavor you feel afterwards is that of sakekasu (sake lees), which leaves a nice aroma.
Even people who don't like sake can enjoy it!
