Sake from Enoki Shuzo, a pioneer of kijozo sake When I visited Hiroshima, I was introduced to this sake at a izakaya in a train station and purchased a bottle after tasting it. It has an elegant aroma and a mildly sweet taste, just like kijozo sake. Not too sweet, not too harsh, easy to drink and delicious! The color was a little brownish. I like ★★★★★

Third visit to a sake brewery! This time we visited the Koganei Sake Brewery in the neighboring town of Atsugi! Unfortunately, the sake that won GOLD in the Junmai Ginjo category at the SAKE COMPETITION 2025 was not available, so we chose a summery nama sake! It was a delicious sake with a strong sense of maturity, with a rich sweetness that still had a strong sake-like flavor! My favorite ★★★☆☆☆☆

Second stop on the sake brewery tour, a visit to the Nakazawa Sake Brewery in Kanagawa! We bought a bottle of S.tokyo, which won the 2021 Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Award. It is a delicious sake with a pleasant aroma and a pleasant taste on the palate, with just the right amount of sweetness. As expected of an award-winning sake! My favorite ★★★★★
