I'm going to go back to the 14yo that I don't seem to be drinking! It's really slightly effervescent...♡! But I like it because it has a clear and distinct acidity! I guess the clarity of a secret sake is also its softness! It's not thin in the middle, but there's a line through it! It's fine, but not sharp, with a slight acidity tropical? It doesn't spread out, so I guess it's a single passage sensation! A little bit sharp!

Beautiful...! But what I thought about the price... 18,000 yen for this! LOL! Sweetness! No cloying taste! I took a sip of the Extra, and I wonder if it's the spiciness or the miscellaneous taste that seems to be clearer in this one? Is it just running through? Wow, but when I go back to this one, the clarity is amazing! But even though it's clear, it's incredibly sweet! It's not red rice, it's sweet! There are no unpleasant parts, so it's easy to drink! Rice sweetness? It's not the same as fluffy! Even after coming back from the orange sea, it's still clear and amazing... It's hard to write about it because there are no bad parts! Only the sake goes on and on..!

Kataaru*. +, here's another one 😃. I know secret sake is rare, but 18,000 yen is a bit too much 😅. I wasn't sure where it would fit in the Jyushiyo lineup since it's only available at one store, but seeing your other post gave me an idea 😉.

Wow! This may be the most delicious Iso Boast I've ever tasted! First attack sweetness! But it still has an aftertaste of Isoboast! LOL! Wow, it's rather spicy from the second sip...pien... Clear but pungent...pien! I wonder if it is clearer because there is no tangy taste. The more I close my mouth, the more bitter and spicy it is on my tongue! If you open it! I think it's sweet in the middle! I'm back after a long absence, from Jyushidai Hishishu... It's not so bad, but it's not so good! It's clear, this way! Adagio! Slowly! ✨ The second sip you take with the thought is still spicy! LOL!

I asked for a chrysanthemum, but I didn't expect it to be this long ago! LOL! Wow, it's quite sweet! The Jyushiyo is sweet and mainly clear and spicy! I wonder if autumn sake is sweeter? Is it because it's Kangiku? There is something that goes through the nose! It spreads softly on the top and side of the mouth as well!

Mmmm! It's a micro-foam type! Slightly spicy and softly tangy! It's delicious! Well balanced with sweetness! Moderate tropical flavor! But more piri piri than sourness? Not as white as Sansho Shinsei!

The last time I was in Nagoya, they had it with Jyushiyo 🐩I'm curious if that's true! Surprisingly spicy...! There's a slight sweetness, but it's clear..! I like Taxi Driver's! I'm talking that it's not that spicy, but it's there more than I expected! It's not too fruity, but the sweetness counteracts it, but I think it's spicy at the end!

I wanted to drink it! Fluffy ao! I think I might love it! Fruity! It's a little bit different from sour sweetness, but yes, it's a little bit white! I love it! I love it! It's not really spicy, but it's light, what the heck! When it comes back from the sky, there is a slight spiciness at the end! But I love it! I'm really glad I tried it ♡! I don't dislike it even though I came back from 14yo! Do you feel the whiteness?

a bird of prey Wow, this! But maybe it's not as heavy as I thought! I wonder if Shinsei has some citric apple acidity? As you drink it, it has a hint of cypress and oak! The fruity character unique to Shinmasa does not let it sink down to bananas! It's not heavy like mirin (sweet sake) even though it's a kijoshu - it's not mellow, nor is it slightly strong or thick... but it's mellow!

Kangiku, Autumn Sake, Orange Sea and Umi Wow! This one is tangy too! You can't tell from the look of the glass! It's not too heavy, so it's good!

Sun, Sun, Sun, Turtle Tail I looked at the glass and thought! Slightly effervescent! Soooo delicate! Clear! Is it highly polished? Does it feel that way because it's slightly effervescent? Not too fragrant, but a delicate, subtle fruity taste that tickles the nostrils!

Kataaru*. + Hi 😃 Is the fourth one by any chance a ham cutlet from Unzen Ham? Both the drinks and the food are wonderful! If you don't mind, could you tell me which restaurant it is 🥹?

Cosmos, Apple acid-like, but with care. Aroma is modest? Did you drink this jacket at Folklore? Really, this one is lighter acidity, so apple? Is the fruity of the new Masa different from the citrus acidity! It's true, it's similar to Amaneko... but this one is Shinsei feeling fruity! Apple sourness! Slightly carbonated? It's not the same, but I can feel it! I took the last two sips! Soft and sweet! Not too sweet!

Amaneko White Koji Rice, Citric Acid and. Fluffy! I thought it was citric acid-like earlier, but here it is! Fruity is Shinsei! LOL! I think it's something like Shinsei... funny lol! Sparkling is another one! This is normal Amaneko! It's similar to Cosmos...but this one is white with a sourness that lasts until the end! Whey!

Glorious Fuji It is more firm and sweeter than Hoshikai, a chrysanthemum. Mm-hm! Another one I was curious about! I heard that this one might be more robust, so I chose Hoshikai! This one is sweeter and rounder! It has a thicker texture (but not too thick and refreshing). And the jacket I'm curious about! It's really sweet! But the fact that it's a gorgeous genre means that it's also spicy and refreshing! The spiciness at the end makes it firm! I think the meaning of the word "firm" is "moist"! It's also clear, though, when you first take a sip of it!

Hoshikai of Chrysanthemum in the cold You asked for advice on the first sake, and I told you that I really like "-" but since it was my first sake, I wanted something a little more fruity or fruity! I said, "I'll have a little more fruity or fudgy! Fluffy! Beautiful! Delicate! Not spicy, not sweet, fruity! But the last bit? As you drink it, the sweetness comes out! Mellowing out? The first attack is as if there is no bitterness! The spiciness at the end might be a little bit of a tangy taste, but it's delicious! The waitresses are the best...this is really what I was looking for in a first drink!
