SHINNI-NE It's unfiltered raw sake, but it's very dry! No, but I can tell! Not too dry! It comes close to being clean and clear! After salted salmon roe, the sweetness or fruity taste comes out more! It's dry! It's beautiful even if you continue to drink! It doesn't get sweeter! Not too much aftertaste until the end! It has a habit! Fruity? Fruity aftertaste! Not too much of a lingering aftertaste!

It's refreshing, but just a little full...or not...or do you just want to feel it? LOL! But as you can tell from the color, it's a bit yellow. It's not too spicy as I thought it would be! Maybe that's why it's so easy to drink! I thought it would be spicier for the price!
