This is the second time I love it after accidentally meeting it in a pub! I still really like it ！！！！ A slight whiteness? A white with a hint of oak? It's not tropical, but it has a nice acidity! It's sweet, but not cloying, too much of a good thing! I've heard it's 🌁 sweet, but clean and tasty! I love it of course!

Kankiku, Kangiku Jugeumu 50 Hazy Moon, Unojigarami Unrefined Nama Sake I knew it would be better with Hananabi next to me...! There is whiteness, yes? But it's clean! It's like a snowman, which I drank with high expectations. But it's also slightly fruity! I really like it! It's just too amazing in comparison!

Tasake (rice wine) I've been given the nickname "lame-ass Tasake. But it's still Tazake! It's gorgeous! It seems to go all the way to fruity, and it does, but it's still tazake! The clean aftertaste is the element that bothers me! But it is slightly sweet! The spiciness has a fruity aftertaste!

Amagaeru clear dry! The one that's not on the menu ♡. The first sip is too clear! I guess it's the second sip before you realize it's Shinsei! It's like a soda with less sweetness! It's so refreshing! It's like a soda with a little bit of sweetness! I can understand why you think it's better than wine! But it doesn't have that much acidity and the rice has a nice sweetness! That's why it's like soda! LOL! It's soft! I can drink it without hesitation! I hear there is a dry type that is slightly sweeter than this! A little more blue? 🐸.

Ugh - physical condition 🤣. It's nicer than I thought it would be! I spent an amazing amount of time turning it upside down! It seems like japanning increases the area exposed to the air and makes it easier to activate!
