Tasake (rice wine)
I've been given the nickname "lame-ass Tasake.
But it's still Tazake!
It's gorgeous! It seems to go all the way to fruity, and it does, but it's still tazake!
The clean aftertaste is the element that bothers me!
But it is slightly sweet! The spiciness has a fruity aftertaste!
