It was a gift...I was expecting a little 🤏 because it is jungin...but it is a classical sake 🍶. The aroma smells of alcohol, like it's been soaked in alcohol...and the flavor is also Jungin? The flavor was like a Jungin? I have "⭕️" for late summer edamame, bonito, seared barracuda, yellowtail, and snacks...too bad 😢....

Aroma: A twang and an alcohol smell? Despite the package, it has a traditional sake feel 🍶...with 80% polished rice, it is a robust, rugged sake...full of wild flavor. You can taste the umami of the rice because of the low rice polishing. It seems to be a good marriage with "Ota Horumon". .... But I'm drinking it at home, with chicken yakiniku, meat 🍖 and other snacks....

The aroma is subtle, the mouthfeel is mellow and umami...with a sweet aftertaste and just the right amount of sweet and sour...enjoy the rich rice flavor...no wonder it's so popular...it's delicious...I didn't want to keep it for the next day, so I drank it all with my wife...pike conger eel! Tempura and raw bonito...we had a little bit of each!

Summer's annual trip to Minami-Boso for a binge drinking and eating trip (^^)🦞🦞 Freshness is excellent! I bought this one directly from Tohei Sake Brewery with seafood🦞💁The label is cute too... I was told that the yeast is still alive... so I carefully opened the bottle! Wow😅it's alive! The aroma is faint citrus 🍊🍋...and the flavor...I can't believe it's made with rice and rice koji🌾! It's a true grapefruit sour...easy to drink with low alcohol content...not too sweet, so it's great as a food sake🙆This is delicious...unexpected harvest...that's why I can't stop drinking sake🍶...

Chiba's local sake 🍶 I had bought it in early spring touring 🏍️... forgot about it... I was thinking of a traditional mellow dry taste... .... I forgot about it...I thought it was a hybrid of old-fashioned and modern...not much aroma...the mouthfeel has the old-fashioned mellow, mellow, umami taste.... Not much aroma...old-fashioned mellow umami-kuchi...it's a food sake 🍶 like the local Mukho Masamune or Teisho🌲...it's a sake that is only possible with snacks 🍶...the bitter aftertaste may bother you a little? Nagano sake is delicious 🍶, and my favorite Shinshu Kamerei and Hitogokochi are my favorites. .... Fruity aroma, sweetness of rice, good bitterness in the aftertaste, and a nice sharpness! Nothing to say about it, roast pork and local edamame (edamame is in season) to go with it. .... Next time, I'd like to pair it with Shinshu soba noodles...

I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! The first time I drank fire-brewed Mikotsuru was delicious, so I chose unfiltered raw sake 🍶Gohyakumangoku♪ Both the aroma and mouthfeel are fruity like Gohyakumangoku♪ The aftertaste is sharp with a good amount of bitterness! The bitterness is not to everyone's liking............................................It is also good as a food sake. ⭕️ It's very fresh only because it's a fresh sake 🍶! Nagano sake 🍶 is high quality 🤔.
