I went directly to the pot store and bought it... it had been sitting in the fridge for a bit. .... When I opened the bottle, poof! Wow...it's alive! Aroma: Sweet aroma of Miyamanishiki! A good bitterness and sharpness after the first sip! I knew it had undeniable "high" potential....it's a delicious sake that goes well with food 🍶...Chiba sake 🍶 is not to be underestimated...I'm enjoying the Chiba marriage with the Unohana sardines from the Koshimon Shoten in Chiba...

First time for me to drink Bikyuu. The label is in English, and the taste is strong for its strength... It's not a jungin, but more like a robust junmai traditional dry sake 🍶, good as a mid-meal drink 🍶... I'm sipping it with smoked mackerel and motsu-ni with snacks...

Sake from my hometown in Saitama (Sai-no-kuni yori katari shiranai reishu) has become a major sake...sweet aroma, gorgeous and fruity...sweet on the palate! Rolling on the tongue, you can feel the umami of rice......and the aftertaste is smooth and clean. This will be very popular! I enjoyed it with chicken sashimi and roasted beef tongue 😊.

Happy New Year ㊗️ Our first sake of the year... We enjoyed it last year. 100% Gohyakumangoku new sake 🍶Fresh & crisp with just the right amount of sweet bitterness from the Gohyakumangoku flavor! Yum! Yum! It's good to drink as it is, but it also goes well with oshibushi. This is a 3 year old brewery...I hope it will evolve and deepen in the future! I look forward to its further evolution and deepening! I'm sure I'll be entertained again this year...

After work...last year, I went to a brewery and bought some local Saitama sake🍶I enjoyed it the last time I drank it, so this time, it's Junmai♪ I can feel the delicious taste of rice from Sake Musashi♪ It has a nice sharp after taste! The aroma is citrusy? The aroma is citrusy? Since it is an unfiltered sake, it is slightly cloudy and thickened...yet it has a clear image. It is a sake to watch out for in the future.

My favorite Chiba sake 🍶 "Fukusuku" ㊗️♪The aroma is subtle...the aftertaste from sweet bitterness to moderate bitterness and comet flavor...it's really good 😋 Wow .... If it's Chiba sake, it's whale sashimi....goes well with it! On the second day, we had western style hors d'oeuvres to go with it....also goes well with it....it's delicious 😋Now it's Fukushuku ㊗️

A splash when the bottle is opened! Slightly sweet aroma... The supernatant has a strong bitter taste. This is the first time for me to drink "Yuki Megami" sake rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture! The aftertaste may be a little bit bothersome. But when it's a bit dry, it's sweet and delicious....
