My favorite Kanagawa sake 🍶♪Matsumidori! The aroma is slightly fruity...mellow and umami...classic flavor. You can taste the umami of the rice. The aging process has made it more rounded and angular! Pair it with the flavors of autumn! I enjoy it with raw bonito.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃 Actually, we have Hiyayagoroshi waiting in the fridge too..............................the store owner said that Aki-agari tastes great warmed up too. The shop owner said that Aki-agari is also good warmed up! I'm looking forward to this one too!
