I was curious about this Kanagawa sake 🍶♪ Jungin from my favorite Omachi...my first time at this brewery. The aroma is faintly sweet, and the mouthfeel is full of the sweetness and umami (deliciousness) of Omachi! Next time, I'll try Yamadanishiki too!

Purchased directly from Koganei Sake Brewery...good aroma of Gohyakumangoku...can feel the delicious taste of rice...mmmm...THE local sake! It has the flavor of a local sake, but it also has a modern feel...and a sharp aftertaste! The slight bitterness is only possible with Gohyakumangoku....

I'm enjoying it while reading the back of the bottle...Yamada Nishiki has a nice aroma and mouthfeel...it's the best 😀 I'm sipping on some natural yellowtail sashimi as a snack.

I was curious about this sake, so I bought it at Koganei Sake Brewery 🍶...8% al 8% on the rocks 🧊...delicious 😋 It's perfect with ham, cheese🧀 and western menu🫕, this... Brewed with Odawara honey🐝. It is said to be a mythical sake with a long history. I love this kind of thing...

My booming purple air...this time it's Miyamanishiki Snow Label! The aroma is subtle...sweet and bitter with a strong bitterness! Purchased at Seibu-Chichibu station. It has a classical Japanese sake flavor. It is better to drink it as it is with strong flavored food than to drink it as it is. ⭕️ A robust Junmai sake... maybe not my favorite...

Always stable YAMORI........open the bottle.......it's alive! The aroma is fruity♪ The Hachitan-Nishiki has a nice acidity from sweetness and bitterness...and a sharpness! This is it, this is it! I'm sipping it with some Chiba marlin sashimi and a piece of carp from Nagano Prefecture. Nothing to say...cheers!

I went directly to the pot store and bought it... it had been sitting in the fridge for a bit. .... When I opened the bottle, poof! Wow...it's alive! Aroma: Sweet aroma of Miyamanishiki! A good bitterness and sharpness after the first sip! I knew it had undeniable "high" potential....it's a delicious sake that goes well with food 🍶...Chiba sake 🍶 is not to be underestimated...I'm enjoying the Chiba marriage with the Unohana sardines from the Koshimon Shoten in Chiba...

It's been a long time since I've had a Niigata sake 🍶 It's a far cry from the light, dry sake, but it's sweet! No...sweet and tasty 😋Origarimi...first, the top clear liquid...sweet rice aroma, sweet mouthfeel...! It's not sake anymore, it's rice juice? It is an evolution of sake.

First time for me to drink Bikyuu. The label is in English, and the taste is strong for its strength... It's not a jungin, but more like a robust junmai traditional dry sake 🍶, good as a mid-meal drink 🍶... I'm sipping it with smoked mackerel and motsu-ni with snacks...
