A sake that I have wanted to drink for a long time! Kanagawa Sake brewery Izumihashi. I went directly to the brewery to buy it... I hesitated between "Akitombo" and "Raku-fu-mai", but I chose Raku-fu-mai Jungin... The aroma is a faint sweet aroma of rice. .... The taste is a hybrid of good old-fashioned sake and trendy sake. It can also be used as a food sake. ⭕️
Delicious 😋Without knowing it...I drank it all 🤦 again ....
