Slight pop when opened.
First day was melon, caramel and then acidity.
As normal, I tried it over 10 days, and the flavour improves, with no drop off.
From day 4, the fruity taste of melon, Fuji apple, hint of bitterness, caramel, with acidity to stop it tasting too sweet.
Surprisingly worked well with grilled steak.
