Bought this at Utsunomiya JR station shopping area.
100% Yamada Nishiki
First taste was pineapple and fizz, then sharp acidity that cuts through the fruity initial taste. Worked very well with mild flavours of Kyushu-style Mizutaki.
After a few days, less fruity, but more savoury, very easy drinking.
