. Welcome party (2) This time, my boss told me I could order extra sake, so I took his word for it, Thank you very much for your hospitality! We sat next to a guy from Aomori and drank Tasake 😊. It was mellow with a hint of acidity. I'm sorry to say that I've been ordering more and more sake at work parties lately, even though they have an all-you-can-drink policy 😄💦.

. Welcome, newcomers to the company 🌸 So, a welcome party for new graduates who were assigned in May. As the organizer of the party, we decided to go to an izakaya (Japanese-style pub) with oden, which I had been to about 15 years ago. There's only one type of sake for all-you-can-drink, but I asked for an extra order. My first Jikin! We all toasted together! The aroma is refreshing! The taste is smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness and sourness from the rice. It went well with the oden soup stock 😊.

冬限定 と言うことは、ひやおろしってわけじゃないってこと？なのか？ 穏やかな甘い香り。 口当たりも香り通り穏やか。 もっと濃いめのしっかりした味を想像してたけど、妙にするするしてる。大吟醸だからかしら。お上品で、これはこれで旨いです。 ただ、フライングで濃い目の料理を注文してしまったので、完全に味が負けちゃった…。

旨し！ 冬のお酒なので、ちょいと時期は外してる感がありますが美味いです。 ほんのりバナナの様な香りがあってフルーティ。 錫の器で飲むと苦味が出るので、これは陶器の器がお勧めですね。
