50ドルくらい、Mitsuwa Market Placeで購入。色はかなり透明。梨のようなアロマ。大吟醸の蜂蜜のような甘みは強過ぎず、酸味はほとんど感じない。飲み口から甘みの裏に苦味を感じ、余韻の苦味も長め。

ごくわずかに黄みがかったクリアな色。アロマはマスカット、レモン、蜂蜜。とろけるような甘みが第一印象。ついでほのかな酸味追いかけ、わずかに苦味が下に残る。バターやマヨネーズを使った料理と合わせると甘い印象が一転、すっきりとクリアな味わいに。ダシ系の味付けと一緒で甘味を楽しめる。
開封して数日後に飲むと甘みが落ち着いて、甘さと酸味のバランス取れた印象に。

Mitsuwa Marketplace Chicago店で購入。30ドルくらいだったかな？透明な中にわずかに肌色がかった上品な色。アロマは洋梨、メロン、香ばしい木の様な香りも。日本酒度+15なだけあって味わいはかなりドライ。風味こそ違えど飲み始めはドライジンなどのスピリッツを飲んでいるような感覚にもなる。辛さがパッと華やかに通り過ぎた後じんわりと日本酒の甘さとほのかな苦味。好き嫌いの別れそうなお酒。木の子とほうれん草の炒め物や鶏肉合わせたところ辛みが抑えられてより甘く感じた。生臭みのあるものと合わせると生臭さが主張されてしまう。食べ物との相性が相性が白ワインのよう。
開封して数日後に再度試飲。ドライさは残るものの始めに感じる辛みがかなりまろやかになっていた。今回はクリームチーズのスモークサーモン巻きと合わせて。甘みが引き立って相性良好。

LAのMitsuwa Marketplaceにて購入。35ドルくらい？白ワインのような、わずかに黄みがかった色味。マスカットやメロンを思わせる甘いアロマ。口に含むとグッと深みのあるコク。甘味もあるがくどさは感じない。酸味はさほどなく、後味に残る中程度の苦味。
全体に味のしっかりとした、いかにも日本酒という感じのお酒。今回合わせたお野菜、鮭、あん肝の中では取り立てていい組み合わせがなかった。食材を変えて次回再度挑戦。
