Purchased at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Chicago. The color is almost colorless. The aroma is reminiscent of sweet and sour apples. There is a bitterness in the sweetness, and the acidity is slight. The aftertaste of bitterness is a little strong. I have a bit of a cold, so it's hard to get a good nose.

Very pale lemon in colour. Sweet aroma like muscat. A slight carbonic acidity and sweetness is first felt on the tongue and then the richness of the rice spreads. The aftertaste is moderate, with not much acidity and very little bitterness.

8 years old noble sake. Purchased at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Chicago. The color is brown like a sherry barrel whiskey. The aroma is sweet and sour like black vinegar or apple cider vinegar. There is a feeling like nuts. When you put it in your mouth, it has a rich sweetness and bitterness like burnt brown sugar. The acidity is much milder than you would imagine from the aroma and is only slightly perceptible in the aftertaste. The aftertaste is deep and long. If it were a wine, it would be like an ice wine, a sake that you would like to have as a dessert after a meal.

The colour is quite pale. The aroma is reminiscent of sweet and sour like apples. It has a sweetness that is refreshing and well balanced with the acidity. The aftertaste is light. It is not a super dry sake but a well balanced sake. If you drink it again the next day, you will notice a slightly unpleasant sweetness on the palate. It seems to have oxidized quickly, but is it because of my physical condition?

I bought it at Mitsuwa marketplace in Chicago. I forgot the price. The color is very light yellow. It smells sweet and grainy. It has a cool feeling like an apple. You can feel the sweetness in the mouth, and the round sourness follows soon. The moderate richness is not too light and can be enjoyed with meals. It has been a while since I drank sake, but I am satisfied.

I bought this at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Chicago a long time ago, and it's been sitting in the fridge. I don't think it was very expensive, but I don't remember the price. The color is a beautiful white grape color, not too dark. The aroma is mellow and sweet, with a fruity note reminiscent of apples and grapes, with a hint of minerality. The wine is unfiltered and the mouthfeel is heavy and the finish is long. It has a sweetness like honey and a bitterness like dark chocolate. The acidity is low. This time, I paired it with King Crab. It is as delicious as the crab's flavor. The sweetness becomes stronger when it is combined with vegetables pickled in ponzu vinegar.

I bought it at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Chicago. I forgot the price. Fairly pale in color, almost transparent. Fruity sweet aroma that reminds me of apples and pears. Aroma like freshly cooked rice. My first impression of the taste is mellow sweetness, not much acidity. The aftertaste is moderate. This is an easy to drink and satisfying bottle.

It's been a while since I bought this at Mitsuwa Market Place in Chicago. The aroma was a little bland, but it had a fruity, honey-like aroma. It had a heavy sweetness and richness, with a slight acidity. The bitterness follows in the middle to the finish. It is a solid sake that is worth drinking.

Mitsuwa Marketplace Chicago

Mitsuwa Market Place NJ

One World Market
