Purchased at a nearby Japanese supermarket for about $35. Pale lemon in color. Sweet and fresh aroma like white grapes and ripe apples. The first impression is that it is thick and sweet. The second sip is a little less sweet and a little more acidic, with a hint of bitterness afterwards. It is neither too light nor too heavy, but just right.

As you continue drinking, the sweet and sour taste is indeed what you hear about. After the sweetness runs through, there is a bitter taste. It is a delicious sake that is very drinkable.
