I've never really been consciously aware of summer sake, but it has a higher acidity, less lingering aftertaste, and also a little lower alcohol content.

The first Toyo Bijin. It is sweet and fruity, but the aroma and the feeling it leaves on the palate are not very lingering, so you can drink it in large gulps. So, I will drink it little by little.
