This summer sake was recommended to us by a liquor store that has a wide variety of local sake. It has a refreshing taste, but you can still feel the rice flavor on your tongue. The alcohol content is low at 12 degrees, so there is a risk of drinking too much😅.
This is a members-only sake that I got from my regular Matsuo Sake Shop.
It was one of the last bottles😅.
The taste is very clean and refreshing.
It came in easily, like water, with a little umami, sweetness, bitterness, and ended with a tangy spiciness!
I've never been a fan of dry sake, but
I've never been a fan of dry sake, but I thought this one was a possibility.
We bought it at the first liquor store we visited.
It seems to be this liquor store's most popular sake.
After a bit of sourness in the mouth, the sweetness and umami spread quickly, and the aftertaste lingered for a long time.
Oh, I thought I would definitely repeat it again.
This is my first sake from Yamagata. On the first day of opening the bottle, the first sip had a moderate acidity, then the ginjo aroma spread and disappeared with a little bitterness.
What surprised me was the second day.
All the flavors of the first day came together in a nice way, and it was simply delicious.
I used to drink most of my namaishu in one day, so this was one of those bottles that taught me how the flavors change!
I bought this because of the caution label when opening the bottle.
After the swooshing texture, you can feel a little bitterness and flavor, and it disappears quickly. It was a quick 4-gallon bottle.
I bought KITAJIMA of the same Yamaguchi brewery at Sumiyoshi Shuhan in Ropponmatsu 421, because I enjoyed Uguisu in the garden very much.
The mouthfeel of the sake is that after the sourness of the sake, the flavor of the sake spreads, and at the end, it disappears with a little spiciness.
It has all the good points of raw sake (^^)
As a Slam Dunk fan, I definitely wanted to drink Mitsui no Kotobuki Junmai Ginjo Dai Dry +14!
It was a really good sake with a refreshing mouthfeel, but with a crisp finish like Michi's 3-point shot.
Local Fukuoka is Joshima's sake. We got this limited edition sake at a liquor store in Jojima Town that a friend told us about!
It's a Namashibori Daiginjo of the famous Hananouro in a very refreshing slime bottle.
When you take a sip, it has a refreshing ginjo aroma, followed by a bit of bitterness, and finally sweetness with a long lingering aftertaste. It was definitely an excellent sake!
This sake is from Takashima City in Shiga Prefecture.
The sake I drank the other day, Tengu Mai Nama Genshu, was so good that I asked the liquor store where I bought it to choose the next sake for me.
At the first sip, the flavor spread quickly in my mouth, and after a slight bitterness, it disappeared quickly.
Oh, sake is really good!
My first Shiga sake.
It was served cold!
After the swooshiness that is typical of nama-shu, the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice and the slight bitterness at the end came together to create a sake with a solid, lingering taste! It was delicious.
I got this Tanaka Rokugo at the Itoshima Sake Brewery's sake opening.
After a refreshing mouthfeel, the flavor of the sake spreads to the mouth with a buzz, and it disappears refreshingly, leaving a long aftertaste.
For me, it's tied for first place with the Kikuhime from the other day. It's delicious!
