This sake is from Takashima City in Shiga Prefecture.
The sake I drank the other day, Tengu Mai Nama Genshu, was so good that I asked the liquor store where I bought it to choose the next sake for me.
At the first sip, the flavor spread quickly in my mouth, and after a slight bitterness, it disappeared quickly.
Oh, sake is really good!
