I bought KITAJIMA of the same Yamaguchi brewery at Sumiyoshi Shuhan in Ropponmatsu 421, because I enjoyed Uguisu in the garden very much.
The mouthfeel of the sake is that after the sourness of the sake, the flavor of the sake spreads, and at the end, it disappears with a little spiciness.
It has all the good points of raw sake (^^)
