Jokigen渾身 仕込第五号

This is my first sake from Yamagata. On the first day of opening the bottle, the first sip had a moderate acidity, then the ginjo aroma spread and disappeared with a little bitterness.
What surprised me was the second day.
All the flavors of the first day came together in a nice way, and it was simply delicious.
I used to drink most of my namaishu in one day, so this was one of those bottles that taught me how the flavors change!
