TABATA
This is a members-only sake that I got from my regular Matsuo Sake Shop.
It was one of the last bottles😅.
The taste is very clean and refreshing.
It came in easily, like water, with a little umami, sweetness, bitterness, and ended with a tangy spiciness!
I've never been a fan of dry sake, but
