Local Fukuoka is Joshima's sake. We got this limited edition sake at a liquor store in Jojima Town that a friend told us about!
It's a Namashibori Daiginjo of the famous Hananouro in a very refreshing slime bottle.
When you take a sip, it has a refreshing ginjo aroma, followed by a bit of bitterness, and finally sweetness with a long lingering aftertaste. It was definitely an excellent sake!
