Purchased at usual liquor store. Kameizumi sake. Banana-like aroma? Lightly effervescent in appearance, fresh and sweet. Impression of banana-like sweetness in both aroma and taste? Is it typical of Kameizumi, or rather CEL-24? While it is intensely sweet, the banana aroma is stronger than the Kameizumi I drank before, and as someone who does not like bananas, it may be too sweet. The sweetness is intense, and the bitterness is almost imperceptible. I think it would be very favorable for those who like sweet sake and do not dislike bananas. Purchased at my usual liquor store. From the moment you put your mouth to the cup, it has a robust flavor with a juicy rice aroma. The aroma of rice can be further felt in the mouth, and a slightly stronger sense of fizz can be felt. The taste gives the impression of being suited for a mid-meal drink. Alcohol 14%. Rice polishing ratio 50%. Color Colorless Additional note I have the impression that the juiciness increases after a little time has passed since the opening of the bottle. Purchased this sake after receiving a recommendation at my usual liquor store. It was thought to be a floral sake, but the aroma was not too bright and the taste was full of rice, but the aftertaste was crisp and refreshing, as is typical of Niigata sake. It has a slight bubbling, and the aroma is typical of rice. It has a refreshing taste and a weight that is heavy for its strength, so it seems to be a daiginjo that is very drinkable. Alcohol content 13%. Polishing ratio 50%.

Following Echigo-Tsurukame, I purchased this brand at a different liquor store than usual. The color is a light yellowish, and as the description says, it has a woody aroma. The taste is a bit like old-fashioned sake, but with a more robust flavor that is quite different from the fruity flavors we are accustomed to these days. It is lightly effervescent. This is my first time drinking this brand, but I personally like the taste. Alcohol 15%. Rice polishing ratio 70%.

At a drink at work. Shinsei No.6 S-type is delicious! The R-type was good, but I think I prefer the S-type. It is more sake-like and less so than the R-type, but it has a rich aroma and is sweet and tasty enough! The R had more of a wine-like sweetness to it, which I heard others preferred. I want a whole bottle... lol

Purchased at usual liquor store. This is my first Kabutomushi. On the palate, it has a fruity sweetness and a sourness that is typical of Sengkyo, and typical of Sengkyo. It looks bubbly, but the fizziness is not that strong. Perhaps because I drank another sake first, I don't feel much aroma, but it is good because it is packed with umami, but I don't dare to drink it again...maybe? The aroma before drinking is not very strong, but when you put it on your tongue, you can feel the fizziness, the flavor is strong, and the aftertaste is citrus-like and acidic. It is a very summery sake. It has a sharpness! It is not so sharp, so I have an impression that it is a bit of a mixed bag...? Purchased at usual liquor store. Opened the second bottle today (I didn't finish the first one). As the description says, it seems much drier than the first bottle. The bubbles are very high, and it has a light sparkling-like stimulation. The taste is typical of Hiran? You can taste the rice flavor and feel more alcohol than the alcohol content. Is it rare to have such a dry taste with orikara? On the contrary, is it a current trend? Alcohol 14%.

At my usual liquor store, I bought some local sake for the first time in a long time. I bought a local sake from the same prefecture. The brewer boldly blends only the last part of the "blended" portion of the sake when pressing the unrefined sake, using the brewer's own unique blend. It is a luxurious sake that uses a lot of pure rice daiginjo and junmai ginjo. (quoted from Fujii Sake Brewery website) It has an aroma like apple cider vinegar, yet it is lightly effervescent and sweet and sour, yet has a firm umami flavor. No wonder it is so popular. Alcohol content 16%. Color Colorless
