Purchased at the usual liquor store. I had enjoyed Kameizumi before, so I was curious about another brand with the same yeast, so I bought it. Perhaps because I had already had other sake, the aroma was not as strong, but there was a slight amazake-like rice aroma. The taste itself was fruity and delicious, just like CEL-24. The color was clear and the taste was transparent. Rice polishing ratio 50%. Sake strength 14%. Sake meter degree -13

Purchased on the recommendation of a part-timer at my usual liquor store. He recommended it for its good cost performance, and it is indeed inexpensive considering the 29% milling ratio. The aroma is unobtrusive and the sweetness is moderate for a Kudokidoki-tempered sake, and the aroma is typical of rice but unobtrusive. It seems to be rice, but it is light, and I have the impression that it can be drunk like water, but it feels heavy for a kudokidote, so I think it should be drunk slowly. The aroma before drinking is not sake-like in a good sense. It is difficult to describe, but it smells like a Western-style pastry? It was refreshing, as is typical of Niigata sake, and although it seemed to have a sweetness on the tongue, the sweetness was quite subdued after drinking. I bought it in secret at my favorite liquor store. It was the first sake I had ever tasted that was a kijoshu and directly brewed. The aroma is a bit sour like vinegar, but the taste is sweet and delicious with a fruitiness like apples. It gives the impression of white wine or sweet cider, but as the label description says, it tastes like yogurt and is exquisitely sweet and easy to drink. As one would expect from Niimasa...! Purchased at our usual liquor store. A colleague at work told me about a comparison between Jikin's Sake Mirai and AKABU's Sake Mirai, so I opened the bottle before I finished the Jikin. The aroma is slightly soft and fruity. The taste is rich in the mouth, but not sweet, and the bubbles continue to rise from the moment the bottle is opened, indicating that it is a draft sake. I think my personal taste has a lot to do with it, but personally, I find AKABU to be more delicious! Degree of alcohol content 15 degrees Celsius Rice polishing ratio 50%.
