The aroma was subdued, more like a rice aroma? The taste was dry and refreshing, but later sweetness was felt. There is a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste, but it is delicious. Continued drinking at Yakitori Fukuzumi. I ordered on the master's recommendation. The Aizu Nakasho is a stable dish. It's just as good as usual. Not that it matters, but people in Aizu Wakamatsu City abbreviate this area as Wakamatsu. I was lightly surprised that it is not Aizu lol.
