This is the first time for me to buy Abe-kan!
I was attracted by the goldfish on the back of the label.
It is not very sweet and has a moderate aroma.
It is a very summery sake.
It has a sharpness! It is not so sharp, so I have an impression that it is a bit of a mixed bag...?
Maybe it was because it was not my first drink, so my impression will change after tomorrow...?
Alcohol 15%.
Rice polishing ratio 55
Purchased at usual liquor store.
Opened the second bottle today (I didn't finish the first one).
As the description says, it seems much drier than the first bottle. The bubbles are very high, and it has a light sparkling-like stimulation.
The taste is typical of Hiran? You can taste the rice flavor and feel more alcohol than the alcohol content.
Is it rare to have such a dry taste with orikara? On the contrary, is it a current trend?
Alcohol 14%.
Purchased at my usual liquor store.
The taste is not fruity, but has a soft rice-like sweetness.
It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, and you may feel the alcohol content in comparison to the flavor.
It gives a different impression from the orikarami sakes I have been drinking recently.
Maybe it will change again after a while?

At my usual liquor store, I bought some local sake for the first time in a long time. I bought a local sake from the same prefecture.
The brewer boldly blends only the last part of the "blended" portion of the sake when pressing the unrefined sake, using the brewer's own unique blend. It is a luxurious sake that uses a lot of pure rice daiginjo and junmai ginjo. (quoted from Fujii Sake Brewery website)
It has an aroma like apple cider vinegar, yet it is lightly effervescent and sweet and sour, yet has a firm umami flavor.
No wonder it is so popular.
Alcohol content 16%.
Color Colorless
Purchased directly from the brewery.
The aroma is not strong, and the sweetness is not fruity, but it is sweet with a sense of umami as if it were a sake brewed using the traditional sake yeast.
The label looks like a traditional sake brand.
It may be similar to the taste of Ishi no Kanbase, which I drank in the past from the same brewery.
I would like to drink it again if it is available.

Sake degree -5
Purchased the last bottle at my usual liquor store.
The aroma is not that strong, and the impression is refreshing.
The taste is not strong, but it tastes like rumney without sweetness. The flavor is not strong, but it tastes like a rummy without sweetness.
Like the label, it gives the impression of popping.
It is a heavy drink for its alcohol content, and may seem heavy to those who are not used to drinking it.

Ohmine3grain is a stable and tasty beer.
The alcohol content is not too high, so you can drink it with gusto.
The aroma is fruity, with a light effervescence and a citrusy sweet and sour taste.
The bottle design is also excellent. I think some people will buy it.

The flavor is summery and crisp for a Yokoyama.
The aroma is not too strong, but as the label says, it is refreshing.
I drink it in a wine glass as described, but the aroma is not that strong...?
It is a rare Yokoyama, and it tastes good, so I think it is a winner for those who like it.
Strength 15%.

Junmai Daiginjo from Akabu. It has a good aroma of rice even before you put it in your mouth, and when you put it in your mouth, the fruity aroma fills your mouth.
It has a strong sweetness and a rich aroma that is typical of daiginjos.
It gives the impression of being a bit heavy, so we would like to drink it slowly.
A few days after opening the bottle, the bubbling sensation increases, the taste is pleasant on the tongue, the flavor is easy to drink but mild, and the sense of rice is strong.
It was the right decision to drink it slowly.

The aroma is clean and fruity, typical of Akabu.
It has a light effervescence, probably because it was just opened, and the aroma spreads well after drinking.
The bottle looks like a ramune and has a slightly sour aftertaste, but the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink and you will not get tired of it.
It's fresh, so it's probably best to drink it up as soon as possible, but maybe it will taste even better with a little time? I'm torn!

A colleague at work who loves sake raved about it, so I became interested and decided to buy it.
The aroma before drinking is sour and vinegar-like rather than citrusy.
It has a light effervescence and tastes delicious. The aftertaste is particularly citrusy, but the normal feel on the tongue might be a little closer to a white wine?
This is my first or second time drinking Kouei Kiku, but I think I like it better than the last time I drank it.
Alcohol content 13%.
I bought this at my usual liquor store and was too lazy to put it down.
As expected of Daimine, it is fruity and delicious.
The aroma is clean and sweet, with a light white wine-like impression.
It is 100ml, so it will be consumed quickly, but it is a good value for money and easy to try for first-time drinkers.
Alcohol content 14.5%.
Color Colorless and transparent

Smaller than it looks, 500ml.
Still, the cosmetics are good, so only the quantity may be insufficient... lol
Does the aroma smell like white wine? I know it sounds cheesy, but it may be close to the muscat aroma of vinegar.
As for the mouthfeel, the taste is heavy with a hint of sweetness that I didn't expect.
It is easy to drink as it does not have a strong alcoholic taste.
I was surprised at the gap between the aroma and the taste.
The impression of the aroma before drinking and after drinking are completely different.
Alcohol content: 14%.

I had enjoyed Kameizumi before, so I was curious about another brand with the same yeast, so I bought it.
Perhaps because I had already had other sake, the aroma was not as strong, but there was a slight amazake-like rice aroma.
The taste itself was fruity and delicious, just like CEL-24.
The color was clear and the taste was transparent.
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Sake strength 14%.
Sake meter degree -13
Note: After a little while after opening the bottle, the taste settled down or became more robust, and the rice-like sweetness became very noticeable.
The fizzy feeling has completely disappeared, or perhaps there was no fizzy feeling to begin with...
Purchased on the recommendation of a part-timer at my usual liquor store.
He recommended it for its good cost performance, and it is indeed inexpensive considering the 29% milling ratio.
The aroma is unobtrusive and the sweetness is moderate for a Kudokidoki-tempered sake, and the aroma is typical of rice but unobtrusive.
It seems to be rice, but it is light, and I have the impression that it can be drunk like water, but it feels heavy for a kudokidote, so I think it should be drunk slowly.
Strength: 15 to 16 degrees Celsius

AKABU series to try for now.
Is the aroma weak for an AKABU?
It has a sweetness like AKABU, but is it less sweet than usual?
Not so much when left to sit, but the moment you drink it, you feel a slight effervescence and it tastes good.
Rice-like sweet aroma, a little strong alcohol taste?
When you drink it, you may feel a strong sense of alcohol for the alcohol content.
The taste also has a rice-like sweetness.
The fizzy taste makes it a little tingling...?
The aroma settles down after a little time after opening the bottle, but it tastes even better when drunk with a meal as a mealtime sake.
Degree of alcohol content 14%.
