The color is a moderate yama-buki. The aroma is that of fragrant rice. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness of the rice, the acidity typical of Yamahai, and the full-bodied flavor. It has a firm weight, but it is also a little smooth and crisp. This is one of Furozumi's more cost-effective bottles, but it has a deep enough flavor that it's very satisfying! It's good for a long autumn night.

It has a strong sourness in the mouth! But the flavor is also strong! The taste is firm and powerful! Great impact! It's the best👹! And the sharpness! And the sharpness! MNBXI was looking for a cheap, dry sake that was always available and tasty, so I bought this at my local supermarket. It's very reasonably priced at around 1,000 yen for a four-pack, available at convenience stores, and when it's a daiginjo, you've got to try it at least once! The aroma is light, but certainly has a ginjo flavor. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness from the ginjo aroma, but soon the sourness and a slight bitterness spread and it becomes dry. It also has umami. The aftertaste is clean and crisp, which is a good thing for a brewery. If you drink it a couple of days after opening the bottle, it becomes gentle and has a calm impression. Considering the price and the fact that it's so easy to buy, it's probably a good enough sake!

The aroma is a quick ginjo scent. When you put it in your mouth, it has a tangy and gassy taste, and the sweetness of the fruit spreads with the aroma. It has a fresh feeling like a raw sake. The balance of sweetness and acidity is good. And the aftertaste is crisp and clean. Personally, I think it would have been more addictive if it had a little more depth of umami or bitterness. But that is the realm of the same brewery's Sense of Wonder. For a long time, the signboards of old izakaya (Japanese pubs) in Chiba had the word "Koko" written on them, and it was only recently that I learned that this word is read as "Kinoene. It was a good sake that made me want to try more Chiba sake.

The aroma is mildly acidic. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sourness and the umami that is typical of a sake brewery, and it has a strong core taste. It is very drinkable. At the same time, it has a good sharpness. It is a typical sake. If you drink it chilled, it is a little dry and smooth, and would go well with sashimi. When it's warmed up, it becomes a powerful, thick sake that's good with rich yakitori. It's totally my favorite type of sake!

As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can tell it is a Kenryo. However, it is thick and you can feel the maturity. The sweetness, sourness and umami are well-balanced and spread fluently. It has a sharp yet mild aftertaste. If Kami-Sen Kenryo is a wild man's sake, then Mizuho is an intelligent man's sake. It has a solid feeling that doesn't disappoint, yet it has a higher grade of taste, and the appeal of Kempei is its masculinity and sake that doesn't follow trends! It makes a great gift!

MNBXIt was given to me by a neighbor as a souvenir from back home! I compared it with Momokawa Junmai Ginjo which I opened first. The aroma is sour and peculiar. When you put it in your mouth, the sourness is not that strong, but it is smooth in the same ratio as the bitterness. It is what we call a light and dry sake with a crisp taste. However, it is too light for a junmai-shu, and like junmai-ginjo, it is not unique. Comparing the Junmai-shu and Junmai-ginjo this time, I think it's a matter of taste that I want a little more character, but it's a good sake for those who like a light sake.

MNBXI bought this sake from KURANDO because I was attracted by the label, and I expected it to be super dry and have an ALC of 20. I'm looking forward to it because it's made by Mifukyu Shuzo, the same brewery that makes Mitsuriboshi! The aroma is a gentle rice fragrance. You can imagine the alcohol content from the aroma. When you put it in your mouth, it's definitely super spicy! It's hard to drink, but it's very refreshing. You can also feel the high alcohol content. However, the good thing about this sake is not only the super spiciness, but as you drink more and more and your tongue gets used to it, you can feel the strong rice flavor that only Junmai can provide, as well as the ginjo aroma and fruity flavor for just a moment or two. The sharpness of the shuriken, the curvature of the super spicy high alcohol, and the art of taste change. It is truly the sake of Kouga, the home of the ninja! I like it! It's another sake I want to repeat!

MNBXI got this from my boss at work! This is my favorite Nada sake. I'm drooling just hearing that it's made with Hyogo's special A Yamada Nishiki and is brewed with a traditional yeast mash! I can only hope for the best! The aroma is mild, but you can feel the flavor of the rice. When you put it in your mouth, the flavor spreads all over your mouth and nostrils. On the other hand, on the tongue, the sourness and bitterness that only a nama yeast mash-up can bring are deep and satisfying. And yet, the aftertaste is refreshing and nicely integrated. This is delicious.... It's too good. It is my favorite. If Kenryo, my personal hall of fame sake from Nada, is wild and full-bodied, this is gentle and full-bodied. I will definitely repeat this. Honda Shoten is digging deep!
