Daiginjo for 1,000 yen at Aeon! It's my first time trying sake from Toyama, so I'm looking forward to it!
The aroma has a slight ginjo flavor.
When you put it in your mouth, the ginjo scent is not so strong, and the bitter sour taste comes immediately. It has a bitter sourness that is quickly followed by a umami taste and finishes with a spicy taste. It is a bitter and dry sake.
If you are expecting a so-called Daiginjo, you will be a little disappointed, but this bitter dry taste is so good that you will become addicted to it!
I thought it was a good sake considering you can get it for 1,000 yen!
